United States B-1/B-2 Visa Application Fees

1. Providing general advice regarding the application for B-1/B-2 visa in the United States;
2. Providing assistance with the preparation of supporting documents;
3. Filling out application forms and submitting the B-1/B-2 application to the USCIS;
4. Liaising with the USCIS;
5. Application status reporting to the client;
6. Scheduling of visa interview;
7. Preparing client for the visa interview at U.S. Consulate or Embassy.

• The fees stated are exclusive of delivery charge, document translation fees, notarization fees, etc., if any.

Payment Term and Method

Upon receipt of confirmation of engagement, we will issue an invoice and email it together with detailed wire instructions to you. Because of the nature of services, we require full payment in advance. In addition, once service is commenced, no service fees will be refunded. We currently only accept check, cash or TT and credit card payment through PayPal. If invoice is settled by PayPal, an extra 5% service fee will be charged.

If Taiwan uniform invoice is required, a Business Tax at 5% of the invoiced amount will be charged and collected.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The purpose of the trip is to enter the United States temporarily for business, pleasure or medical treatment;
2. The applicant plans to remain in the United States for a specific, limited time period;
3. The applicant’s employer meets certain qualification (where applicable);
4. Evidence of funds to cover expenses in the United States;
5. The applicant has a residence outside the United States as well as social and economic ties that will ensure his/her departure from the United States at the end of the visit.

Documents and Information Needed

1. Passport biographic page (your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your period of stay in the United States). Each individual who needs a visa must submit a separate application, including any family members listed in your passport;
2. Nonimmigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160 confirmation page;
3. Application fee payment receipt;
4. Photograph meeting the USCIS Photograph Requirements (if the photo upload fails during the DS-160 application, you must bring one printed photo in the format explained in the Photograph Requirements);
5. Intent to depart the United States after the trip;
6. Ability to pay all costs of the trip;
7. Document to support the purpose of the trip.

• Current proof of income, tax payments, property or business ownership, or assets;
• Travel itinerary and/or other explanation about the planned trip;
• A letter from employer detailing applicants’ position, salary, how long have been employed, any authorized vacation, and the business purpose;
• Criminal/court records pertaining to any arrest or conviction anywhere
• Parents applying for a visa for a child under the age of 14 should bring with them the child’s birth certificate to prove the parent-child relationship.

• Evidence of applicants’ position in the company and remuneration.

• Employment letter from applicants’ employer and pay slips from the most recent three months.

• Photocopies of the relative's proof of status (e.g. Green Card, naturalization certificate, valid visa, etc).

• Applicants’ latest school results, transcripts, and degrees/diplomas
• Evidence of financial support (e.g. monthly bank statements, fixed deposit slips, etc).

• Any documents attesting to applicants’ immigration or visa status

• A medical diagnosis from a local physician explaining the nature of  applicants’ ailment and the reason of requiring treatment in the United States; and
• A letter from a physician or medical facility in the United States expressing a willingness to treat this specific ailment and detailing the projected length and cost of treatment (including doctors' fees, hospitalization fees, and all medical-related expenses); and
• A statement of financial responsibility from the individuals or organization paying for applicants’ transportation, medical and living expenses; and
• The individuals guaranteeing payment of these expenses must provide proof of their ability to do so, often in the form of bank or other statements of income/savings or certified copies of income tax returns.
